Domestic Shipping Policy

All Orders are processed within 2-5 business days.If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone. Shipping rates for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Delivery is free for Singapore customers till further notice/update.

International Shipping Policy

All Orders are processed within 4 to 30 business days. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone. Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

KAMAKSHI is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

For all orders shipped outside Singapore and Malaysia, the following terms and conditions shall apply:

  1. The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs brokerage fees, value added taxes(VAT), goods and services taxes(GST), or any other charges imposed by the destination country's customs or regulatory authorities.
  2. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance procedures, local regulations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other conditions beyond our control.
  3. In the event that a shipment is delayed, held, rejected, returned, confiscated, or otherwise not released by customs authorities, we will not be responsible for any resulting delays, losses, or additional charges.
  4. Where a shipment is returned, rejected, or not released by customs authorities, any refund, if approved, shall be limited to the value of the products purchased. Shipping, handling, insurance, and any related fees are non-refundable.
  5. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered comply with all import laws, regulations, and restrictions applicable in the destination country.
  6. By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and accepts all risks associated with international shipping and customs clearance.
  7. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before payment is completed.
