1. How long do I have to wait for my orders?

Singapore Orders - 2 to 5 business days

Malaysia Orders - 7 to 30 business days

International Orders - 4 to 30 business days

3. What are the shipping charges?

Singapore - Free shipping (Standard)

Malaysia - Free Shipping (Standard)

International orders - Please complete the details for the shipping address to generate the charges for shipping.

4. How can I check my Order Status?

We will send notifications from our email to your email/phone number the Order Confirmation and Order Tracking Number with the link. Alternatively, you may contact us at support@kamakshisg.com for updates.

5. Who will pay the Custom duty?

For international orders, custom duty shall be borne by the customers. Each country will have their own regulations and we won't be able to confirm the final cost.

7. How can I order the sarees?

All sarees are to be purchased online at www.kamakshisg.com using online transactions only. KAMAKSHI do not accept pre booking, Cash on Delivery or manual transactions (Let’s gear towards e-commerce fully).

8. Are the sarees ready stock or need to pre-border?

All sarees at KAMAKSHI is ready stock. We will ship out immediately the following business day we receive your orders. If there is any delay in shipping, it will be an external delay from the shipping agency. 

9. What if my saree arrive in a damaged state?

If the package arrived tampered, DO NOT accept the package. Email us immediately at support@kamakshisg.com. Please refer to Refund and Shipping policy for more information.
