Refund Policy - Singapore Orders

1. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately within 24 hours of product delivery received by mailing us at support@kamakshisg.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. Also, please state the reason for refund.

2. Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

3. Payment Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged products. No exchange of products are available at KAMAKSHI. 

4. There might be slight irregularities like thread pulls and missing weaves as they are hand crafted and are not considered defects. These are common in handloom sarees. 

Refund Policy - International Orders

2. The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer, and KAMAKSHI shall have no additional liability in this regard.

3. Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

4. Payment Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged products. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products and not the shipping charges.

5. There might be slight irregularities like thread pulls and missing weaves as they are hand crafted and are not considered defects. These are common in handloom sarees. 

Guidelines for a valid return:

1. Product should be in original condition.

2. Tags should be retained and returned.

3. No customization should be done. Fabric should not be cut or used.

4. We request that you DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from KAMAKSHI's customer service team for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, KAMAKSHI does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.

5. The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery. Please note that KAMAKSHI shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails. All defective products being returned to KAMAKSHI shall be done ONLY through registered airmail/courier.

6. KAMAKSHI should receive the product returned within seven (7) working days from receipt of confirmation from KAMAKSHI. Safe receipt of defective product by KAMAKSHI is sole responsibility of the customer, and upon compliance of these provisions, the obligations of KAMAKSHI, if any, under this return policy come into effect.

7. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

8. To start a return, you can contact us at support@kamakshisg.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll mail you the instructions on how and where to send your package.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

All Orders are processed within 2-5 business days.If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone. Shipping rates for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Delivery is free for Singapore customers till further notice/update.

International Shipping Policy

All Orders are processed within 4 to 30 business days. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone. Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

KAMAKSHI is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

For all orders shipped outside Singapore and Malaysia, the following terms and conditions shall apply:

  1. The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs brokerage fees, value added taxes(VAT), goods and services taxes(GST), or any other charges imposed by the destination country's customs or regulatory authorities.
  2. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance procedures, local regulations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other conditions beyond our control.
  3. In the event that a shipment is delayed, held, rejected, returned, confiscated, or otherwise not released by customs authorities, we will not be responsible for any resulting delays, losses, or additional charges.
  4. Where a shipment is returned, rejected, or not released by customs authorities, any refund, if approved, shall be limited to the value of the products purchased. Shipping, handling, insurance, and any related fees are non-refundable.
  5. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered comply with all import laws, regulations, and restrictions applicable in the destination country.
  6. By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and accepts all risks associated with international shipping and customs clearance.
  7. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before payment is completed.

Damages

KAMAKSHI is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact support@kamakshisg.com within 24 hours of delivery received. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We will try to assist our best possible.
